I've tried this with WiiFlow and USB Loader GX, edited my IOS through the tutorial External Link Removed. It should be noted that I'm loading the game via USB, not disc. I really don't know what's going on with this, and any help would be appreciated. Additional questions are welcomed if it helps with assistance. Also, the game is NTSC-J, but I already have HBC on my Wii.

Slow loading and wonky music in Paper Mario:TTYD from SD
I'm playing Paper Mario: TTYD from a 32gb SDHC using USBLoader GX. It's mostly fine, except whenever I enter a new area or begin a battle, the screen will hang anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds (a couple times it's lasted almost a minute, though thankfully that seems to be the exception, not the rule) Also, the music will sometimes go out of sync with itself, if that makes any sense, especially during battle sequences (i.e. it sounds like the same song is playing twice, and not at exactly the same time).
Would this be a problem with the rip that might be corrected by trying it again? Or are there settings to adjust somewhere (in the loader, perhaps) or a better loader to try? Or is this just a "nature of the beast" sort of thing to suck up and deal with? I mean, it's annoying, but certainly not a game breaker in my book.
Specs: I'm using a freshly softmodded Wii (done according to the Softmod Any Wii guide), system menu 4.3, with the most up-to-date versions of HBC, USBLoader GX, and DIOS MIOS (Lite).

Monster Hunter Tri - black screen after 'checking wii memory' - wii 4.3u
Wii 4.3u
I'm attempting to load a backup of Monster Hunter Tri, in which the disc won't read thanks for a hefty size crack in it, and all that happens when I boot the backup is my wii restarts. /x/all I'm receiving is a black screen after seeing "checking wii memory."/x/ Previously, the game seemed to of created a save file fine. I'm using a 4GB Sandisk flash drive, and I'm attempting to boot with a NTSC formatted backup. I've played other backups fine, such as: new super mario bros, and wii sports resort.
What I've tried below:
Installing Hermes 222, 223, and 224. I followed the guides and chose the appropriate merges. I've used installer v4 and v5.1
I also installed ios236 with the trucha bug, just in case. Additionally, I've installed d2x-v10-beta52 using the following:
- cIOS base 37, cIOS slot 245
- cIOS base 38, cIOS slot 246
- cIOS base 53, cIOS slot 247
- cIOS base 55, cIOS slot 248
- cIOS base 56, cIOS slot 249
- cIOS base 57, cIOS slot 250
- cIOS base 58, cIOS slot 251
I've attempted to load the game as 222, 223, 224, 248, and 249 -- all with the same results.
The problem occurs with both USB Loader GX and WiiFlow. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
