Tales od Symphonia Disc 2

I'm at the end of the game and during a certain Cutscene my wii starts making noises(skipping scratching ect..) and the cutscene won't play at all it freezes right in the middle of it.

I've tried burning to a different disc but that doesn't work.

I'm playing the NTSC-U version, I also have the PAL version but it won't play in NTSC instead it green screen.

Is there anything I can do?
